It’s been a quiet few days with sales updates so today’s one is a mini roundup. Don’t forget to check out part’s one and two.
Boden – The UK’s answer to Gap but admittedly with stronger collections, there’s up to 60% off. You will need patience as the navigation/loading plays up. I wasn’t crazy about the women’s sale although I did see a tempting Iris print maxi skirt, there’s not a great deal with chunky reductions in the boys section although I did spot high top trainers with 50% off (see slideshow), plus I snapped up a parrot print skirt, a skirt with appliqued birds plus a couple of other skirts with most at 50% off. In the babies section, most of the dress and pants sets are 40% off, as are shorts, trousers, dungarees and knitwear. There’s lots of ‘busy’ looking shirts in the menswear section with 40% off but nothing leaping out bargain wise. http://www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Boys-1H-12yrs-Shoes-Boots/29056-WHT/Boys-1H-12yrs-White_Red-High-Tops.html Tropical maxi skirt by Boden. Was £59, now £29.50
India Coco – Up to 50% off their selection of British childrenswear brands including Frugi’s organic clothing, Marmalade & Mash, ilovegorgeous, Lily + Sid, Jesse and James, and No Added Sugar. Hot buys are ilovegorgeous dresses, the No Added Sugar gilet and Frugi’s super cute appliqued buys.
Eeenymeeny – Up to 50% off at this Tuffnell Park based store including buys by Little Duckling, Tootsa MacGinty, Boys&Girls, Moccis, and Smafolk. I spotted yellow velour Smafolk trousers reduced from £28.99 down to £10 (4-6 and 9-12 months).
Niddle Noddle – Up to 50% off on quirky and chic buys by Esencia, Petit Lucas du Tertre, Kidscase, and Bergstein wellies. There’s summer and autumn/winter buys although it’s very girl heavy. Hot buys are the smock and tunic dresses by French designer Petit Lucas du Tertre although they’re selling out fast.
Pod Company – I spotted up to 50% off a small selection of Orla Kiely handbags, makeup bags, washbags and purses.
Zara Home – There’s up to 50% off although they still have a bonkers delivery charge of £14.99 or free if you spend over £150. That said, you can – if you have a branch near you – have the items delivered in store for free within 10 days. They still do a fair amount of brights although there’s a lot more ‘neutral’ stuff in their range. Make a beeline for kitchen and bedroom textiles and tableware plus their dedicated kids collection. Be warned – the sale is a real mixed bag!
Zara – The high street favourite has got up to around 40% off although it may be a bit more in store. I picked up a couple of swimsuits for the girls with 30% but aside from the grownup’s, the best section by far in Zara is their Zara Baby collection – gorgeous jumpsuits, playsuits and shorts amongst the loot. I reckon best bargains are always to be found in store and this is definitely a sale to stalk. My husband has been on a real blazer buzz this year (last year it was shoes and shirts) and there’s some great buys including their ‘Circular Knit’ blazer (pictured) which is currently reduced to £39.99 down from £59.99. http://www.zara.com/uk/en/man/stock-clearance/circular-knit-blazer-c441002p1049174.html I shall be making a beeline for their bird print dresses and trousers plus I snapped up a couple of their very in demand skorts (skirt and shorts combined) although they’re non sale.
Heimoose – A small sale featuring brands like JNY, Smafolk, Metsola, Maxomorra, Duns Sweden and Geggamoja, most of the sale is 25% off although reductions can be found for up to 45% off. I spotted Smafolk’s nursing cushion with their trademark apple motif reduced by 30%.
If you’d like to suggest a sale, email us at team AT bambinogoodies DOT co DOT uk. In order to be featured, there must be a minimum of 25% off – the more the better – and we do try to feature sales accurately, so if a sale says 70% off but most of it is well under that, that’s what we’ll say! Our sales roundup also includes outlet sections.Â
