Peagreen are a local design consultancy whose work I have been in love with since I saw the amazing art in our revamped library. You might recognise their style as in the past they’ve worked with Habitat, Paperchase, Urban Outfitters and Topshop to name a few.
When I walked past their studio earlier there was a raucous game of table tennis in full swing which made me wonder what they’ve been up to lately. I was soon on their website with a serious case of shopper’s lust when I found a range of limited edition art prints for sale.
There are seven prints in all and each of them would add some contemporary funk to your baby’s nursery wall. The styles are all different as each has a different artist but they are unified by their off beat style. All of them would sit well in any part of your home but think they are particularly suited to children’s spaces as they exude a child-like delight of the world.
I could quite happily have each and every one of them but if I had to choose it would be Wonderwall by Michael Matthews (pictured above). ToddlerGeek absolutely loves birds and the colourful characters in this print are packed full of charm. If I have a boy this time around I will be after Black Beard by James Bright (pictured below) which embodies terror on the high seas.
The prints are on high quality art paper and signed by the artist. They each measure 40 x 50 cm, cost £45 + £5 UK shipping and come from a limited run of 50. As they are sent special delivery there is still time to get an order in for a very special Christmas present.
