I was rather excited when I saw this highchair on the John Lewis site…then I remembered that I already own a highchair that I love dearly..still…
The first thing that occurs to me when I see the Inglesina Zuma Highchair is that is reminiscent of the rather delectable Fresco Bloom which comes in at a rather hefty (hold your breath) £240!
What’s the difference between the two other than a fat £90?
The seat is less futuristic egg shaped, the base is rigid angles as opposed to the smooth curves of the Fresco Bloom, and this does give it a less sleek appearance, particularly around the feet that stabilise it.
However, overall, you’re getting plenty of style bang for your buck and much as I love the look of the Fresco Bloom, £240 is more than a bit steep!
The Inglesina Zuma is one of those bells and whistles highchairs so if you’re the type that likes your baby to eat, rest, play, and sleep in their highchair, this is a good multifunctional buy. Apparently it even folds down so low it can go under your dining table. I love the white, red, and metal appearance, giving it a retro diner feel.
