Hucklebones are new designers on the block who are already making waves in fashionista circles. They have created a collection of clothing for little girls aged 2 – 4 which is gorgeous in every way. All of the garments are made from luxury fabrics, designed in London and ethically manufactured in the EU. Natalie and I have had the privilege of viewing the Spring Summer collection for 2009 which is fabulous. For now, at least, I bring you the preview for Autumn Winter 2008.
Mustard is once again in the Autumn Winter colour palate. This coat is made from 100% pure Italian wool and lined with 100% printed silk. The traditional double breasted style and rounded collar are beautifully executed. A huge amount of attention to detail has been paid to this creation from the soft pleats to the hidden pockets in the side seams. It is exceptionally warm and will keep your little angel warm all winter long. £130.
This shirt dress is perfect everyday wear. It has a rounded collar, buttons to the waist and soft pleating on the front and back. It is 100% cotton chambray and would look fab over some wool tights and boots. £60.
I love the hand painted berry print on this silk smock dress. It is another example of the fine design from Hucklebones. It has delicate pearlescent buttons at the cuffs and back and is fully lined with 100% silk Habotai. £95.
I adore this pinafore. It is made from 90% wool and 10% cashmere for a soft and warm flannel. It has elasticated sides for easy fit and adjustable straps. It has well sized pockets and pretty pintucks. It looks adorable over this 100% cotton lawn polka dot pleated bib blouse. The blouse has pearlescent buttons and a cute pleated collar.
