Natalie writes…Cots that stray from white and woody appearances are becoming increasingly popular (thank goodness!), and I’ve spotted an unusual colour addition with Zara Home Kids’ grey baby cot which also comes in pink and baby blue.
Grey is actually a great colour and whilst you could go all minimalist or neutral with it, grey mixes well with bright colours and certainly isn’t as stark as white can be.
Made from 100% solid beechwood, it’s got removable wheels with a slatted base that be adjusted to four different heights.
Dimensions 124 x 65 x 93 cm and the mattress isn’t included.
It was £175.19 and is now £149 at the fabulous Zara Home Kids site. Annoyingly though, you need to spend £1 more to get free delivery, otherwise it’s £19, however, as our home can testify to, it’s very easy to spend money at Zara Home….
If you are on the lookout for a coloured baby cot, definitely check out the Brio Cot (in lime, white, and red), the Brio ‘Sleep’ Cotbed which we featured a few months back, and also the selection of colourful cots at Baby Angels – they have red, lime, orange, light blue, ivory, red, rose pink and white. There’s also my ultimate object of cot desire, the Kily Bed by Sebra which we also featured a couple of months back and is in black, as well as ‘nature’, and pale blue.
