We’re getting married next month and Saria ‘the bambino’ and Nia will be our flowergirls. In typical fashion, I’m finally getting their dresses organised and I’m going to go for a Tutu Du Monde creation. We’ve been besotted with these fairy dresses which are inspired by Parisian ballerinas ever since we clapped eyes on them early last year. Handmade and hand dyed, they’re magical, romantic, and whimsy with beautiful details that give them luxe appeal. Available from their own store where prices are around US$149 and with lots of accessories to go with them, they’re also available from stockists like Orfeo.
I’m still faffing about shoes but they’ll either be Sun-San’s or Livie & Luca, two BG shoe favourites available from Little Stomper for £34-£38, that are special enough for occasions, but wearable enough to be worn at plenty of other times. They’re both excellent quality too and bearing in mind the prices of certain high street brands, you get more style and eco bang for your buck too. I’ve also spotted the Sun-San’s in yellow (one of our wedding colours) over at Olive Loves Alfie. Mind you the weather is so woeful, they may be wearing wellies at this rate…
