I am quite the second hand addict and not adverse to dressing my little ones in preloved bargains. Ecofashion Rocks is a company who sell fixed price second hand clothes sized 0 – 10 years for the likes of you and I.
Sellers send their washed, pressed clothing to Ecofashion Rocks with a sales form. A price is then fixed and the items are photographed and listed on the site for sale. They have a strict quality policy for both the condition of the item and the brand ensuring you won’t experience the sinking feeling you sometimes get when opening an eBay purchase… The sales price is set at around 20% – 40% of the original price and sellers get 40% of the sale price so if your item cost £50 and is sold for £20 you would get £8. It may seem like a raw deal for the sellers but I can see the appeal of someone else doing all the leg work when off loading a year’s worth of clothing.
Having a look at the site you can currently pick up brands such as M&S, Mini Boden, Ralph Lauren, No Added Sugar and a lot of Gap Kids. It is one of those sites you need to keep an eye on so you can swoop in on the gems when they arrive.
