Any tips for decorating rooms and sourcing pieces?
Good storage! – Toys can be hidden away, out of sight. If you’re interested to find more unusual pieces, less mainstream plastic junk that you can find anywhere – read blogs. They’re a great way sourcing new interesting design. And shop on line! But I would suspect that anyone reading Bambino Goodies does this already!
Where did you buy the key pieces from in the room?
In “Eadie’s” (their nickname for Eden) nursery, he’s wearing a Polarn & Pyret romper suit, and lying on an ISAK penguin blanket against a backdrop of the wallpaper. The truck is by eco-friendly Thai company, Plan Toys and the poster in the background is my Isak 123 Tree Poster.
The garage is also by Plan Toys and and the rocking chair is by Ikea, with Moomin wellies [how cool!] sitting on it.
The Arc toy box is from German company Holtztiger (we’re still trying to find an online stockist!), dresser from La Redoute (we think Verbaudet although it’s not currently being sold), and the cardboard toy boxes are Green Lullaby’s eco friendly Multiboxes, as featured last year.
In Theo’s room, soon to be joined by Eden, the bed is from Ikea with Katvig bedding, the lights are Candeloo’s eco friendly night lights , and the [fantastic] owl picture – one mummy made.
